About Me

Hi, I'm Jeff !  Welcome to The Coaching Village !!

I began my career 32 years ago by honing coaching skills through a program developed by the Leadership Management Institute.  These skills have been instrumental in my professional journey, and equally as useful in my 21+ year journey as a father trying to navigate twin daughters.  

My passion for helping others as a divorced dad is what drives me through challenges that change every day, and is the reason I helped create The Coaching Village.  I aim to bring the 'Dad Perspective' forward in The Village to help parents on their journey. 

What I love about Parenting is also what makes it so difficult.  Every 3 months, the kids change, life changes, relationships with your spouse, grandparents, friends, school, sports....everything that makes parenting fun, is in constant flux - and there is no 'book' because every situation is different.
