About Me
Becoming an empty nester was a bittersweet transition. Watching my children grow into independent adults filled me with immense joy, and it also left me wondering, What’s Next? Around the same time, we sold our businesses and moved away from the state we called home for so many years. As I reflected on my next chapter, I knew I wanted to do something meaningful - something that truly made a difference. My passion has always centered around children and I increasing became more and more aware of the struggles that so many families faced. At the park, the grocery store, everywhere I turned, I observed parents yelling, bribing, and experiencing deep and constant frustration! After tons of research and knowing that parenting has little to do with the child and everything to do with the adult, I decided to pursue a certification in parent coaching. Today, officially certified from the JAI Institute for Parenting, I am using my experience and knowledge to support parents in building strong, connected relationships with their kids. It is the most fulfilling work I have ever done. Families can change and homes can become the peaceful place every family member needs. Thank YOU for taking the steps to grow as a parent and as a person. It is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself and your family.

Fun things to know
- I love geriatric cats and dogs! I have a Bombay Cat and a Golden Lab.
- I have been vegetarian for nearly 20 years.
- Nature is incredibly rejuvenating for me.
- I enjoy the art of baking, and nothing ever really turns out. But I keep at it!
- I have an entrepreneurial spirit and have owned/co-owned an IT service company, a software training company, a restaurant, a holistic store and a life coaching business.
- I am part of a virtual book club.
- Chocolate is my sweet treat :)
